Joseph followed in the family footsteps and worked as a farm hand on a Cobar sheep grazing property ‘Hampton’ until his marriage to Frieda when he took a lease on another local grazing property ‘Wyoming’.<\/p>\n

Together, they worked this property until around 1948 when they moved the family to Sydney with the hope of a better life for their children.<\/p>\n

After residing in various suburbs, the last being Dundas in Sydneys west he and Frieda retired to\u00a0Blackheath<\/a>\u00a0in the New South Wales Blue Mountains and remained there until his passing.<\/p>\n

All the children were born in Cobar beginning with:<\/p>\n

Philip Joseph in 1938 then<\/p>\n

Christine Ida in 1940 continuing with<\/p>\n

Josephine Elizabeth in 1942 and finally<\/p>\n

Richard Jeremiah (Me) in 1945<\/p>\n
